River

The River
As the water runs from the clean white snow.
Droplets form together and a stream begins to flow.
On down the mountain the stream begins to flee.
More droplets gather together, soon a river it will be.
Mighty in it's power displayed in every wave.
The water, cold and clean, the purity of the snow is saved.
As it pushes in it's channel, flowing in it's course.
Eroding away the Earth with it's mighty force.
It rushes down the mountain until the bottom it reaches.
The sharp waves now slowed as it flows in to a lake
with beaches. Once in the lake the river is stuck,
destined to flow around in the lakes filthy muck.
“As the water runs from the clean white snow.”
